Thersia Dirks

Sports Massage Therapist, Ergonomic Risk Auditor and Sports Scientist

Thersia holds a BSc and BA (Hons) in Sports Recreation and Exercise Science from the University of Western Cape, alongside iTEC diplomas in Holistic/Swedish and Sports/Deep Tissue Massage, and is a certified Ergonomic Risk Auditor through Ergomax. Her special interests include:

She's also been involved in endurance events including the ABSA Cape Epic, Two Oceans Marathon and Wine2Whales, working with athletes as they push their bodies to their limits.

Thersia is passionate about movement, performance, recovery and helping people feel their best. Outside of work, she's always up for a bit of adventure — heading off on random, unplanned trips, discovering new places, and seeing where the road takes her.
